A returned item is credited or replace if It is defective, damaged, lacking required labeling, or otherwise unsuitable. You have 30 calendar days to return your product from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. In most cases, if an item does not arrive at a fulfillment center within 45 days of the return request, the order is closed.
