Returns
A return is an item a customer sends back to a fulfillment center. We evaluate the condition of each returned item. If we determine that it is unsellable (defective or damaged, for example), we assess who caused the damage (Sawblade.com or the customer). Then we decide if you are eligible for a reimbursement.

A returned item is credited or replace if It is defective, damaged, lacking required labeling, or otherwise unsuitable. You have 30 calendar days to return your product from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Special Orders are reviewed on a case by case basis. Your item must be in the original packaging to protect against shipping damage. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Depending on the circumstances of your return a restocking fee may apply. Please call our customer support at 800.754.6920 for more information.

Returns time frame
In most cases, customers can request to return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Sawblade.com may make case-by-case exceptions and accept return requests beyond 30 days of receipt.

In most cases, if an item does not arrive at a fulfillment center within 45 days of the return request, the order is closed.
All items must be post marked within 10 calendar days of a return authorization to be eligible for a refund.

Reimbursements

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 48 hours. You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Method

Customers are responsible for any returned items freight or shipping costs, if the item is deemed defective or damaged the shipping from the original invoice will be refunded to cover this shipping.
If a product is damaged on return to us, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping provider of your choice.
